On May 17, 2007, One Equity Partners (OEP), an equity investment firm based in New York, announced that it had completed the previously announced acquisition of ArvinMeritor, Inc.’s, (NYSE: ARM) Emissions Technologies business group.
The new independent company is named EMCON Technologies. EMCON Technologies is a full service system integrator offering exhaust and emissions solutions for a variety of applications.
